Who is responsible
This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the French version at https://appcraft31.app/privacy/pixelcraft.html is the reference text.
PixelCraft is published by AppCraft31, an independent studio based in Toulouse, France. For any question about this policy, write to appcraft31@gmail.com.
This policy describes what the app actually does with data, on iOS and Android.
What stays on your device
PixelCraft stores the following in your device's own storage. None of it is sent to any server, and all of it disappears if you uninstall the app.
PixelCraft is free thanks to advertising, and stays that way: no in-app purchase removes it. The interstitial only appears between two pictures — never while you are colouring — at most once every four minutes and after three finished pictures. The rewarded video only starts if you tap the button offering it yourself (hint refill, doubled coins, extra booster).
The advertising consent form (UMP) and, on iOS, the tracking request (ATT) are shown at launch. Declining never blocks the game: ads are still shown, simply without personalisation.
Importing a photo goes through the system image picker: you pick the file, the conversion to pixel art happens on your device, and the resulting picture is kept locally. Neither the original photo nor the drawing is sent to a studio server.
The daily reminder is a local notification: it is scheduled by the device itself, with no server involved, and can be turned off in the game settings.
Sharing a finished drawing goes through the system share sheet: you pick the recipient, and the image never passes through a studio server.

Advertising
PixelCraft is free and includes the Google AdMob SDK, in the following formats: interstitial and rewarded video. Google AdMob is provided by Google Ireland Limited for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and by Google LLC elsewhere.
In that context, Google may process the device advertising identifier, app-related identifiers and ad interaction data (impressions, clicks).
Ad requests are arbitrated by AdMob mediation, which may hand them to other networks whose SDK is embedded in the app: Liftoff Monetize (VungleAdsSDK) (https://liftoff.ai/privacy-policy/). When an ad is awarded to them, those networks in turn process the advertising identifier, app-related identifiers and ad interaction data, under their own privacy policy.
The choice you make in the consent screen applies to those networks just as it does to Google: it is passed along with every ad request.
On iOS, the system asks at first launch whether you allow tracking of your activity. If you decline, no advertising identifier (IDFA) is shared and ads are not personalised.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a GDPR-compliant consent screen is shown through the Google User Messaging Platform. You can accept, decline or customise the use of your data for advertising.
You can change that choice from the app settings.
In-app purchases
PixelCraft offers no in-app purchases.
Analytics
PixelCraft sends Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, to to learn which pictures get finished or abandoned, and to receive crash reports so that what breaks can be fixed. Nothing is sent before you agree, and the « Statistiques anonymes » setting withdraws that agreement at any time.
You can switch this off at any time from the app settings.
Network connection
The app uses your connection for loading advertising and its consent form, then sending usage statistics and crash reports to Firebase. Colouring itself works offline.
Accounts
PixelCraft never asks you to create an account and uses no sign-in service.
Children
PixelCraft is not specifically aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data about them.
The ads served are configured to respect family content categories.
Your rights
Since the data described above stays on your device, the most direct way to erase it is to uninstall the app: everything goes with it.
The General Data Protection Regulation further grants you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. To exercise them, write to appcraft31@gmail.com.
For data processed by the ad networks, those rights are exercised with each of them: Google and Liftoff Monetize (VungleAdsSDK). Your advertising choices also remain changeable at any time from the app settings and your device settings.
Changes
This policy may change alongside the app. Any change is published on this page, with its date. Last updated: September 7, 2026.
